You will have better success at wanting a particular type of person instead of a specific person. Remember, everyone has free will and we cannot really control anyone else. In the laws of the universe, you have the absolute right to command what kind of person you want, down to the last physical, emotional, and spiritual detail, and also expect it. The HOW or the WHO is not under your command however, because that is the Universe's job is to figure out the HOW. It could end up being the specific person you want, or it could be someone totally different, so when you allow the Universe to fill the order for you, you will have exactly what you ordered. This only works when you detach from the process and don't allow doubt to enter into the picture. You should have a knowing as deep and strong as the sun will come up tomorrow. The stronger your knowing, the sooner it will happen.
