Leadership can be developed through the investment of time and effort in the Six P's: Passion, Purpose, Power, Plan, Productivity, and Profitablilty.

It is important to begin with Passion because leadership depends on a sustenance of innate desire and drive. Faith in one's ability to move forward in leading one's own life stems from a burning desire and drive "to do" or "to be". Faith is the elixir that connects passion to purpose. Desire and drive are what fuel your daily activities toward leadership.

Leadership will develop naturally within an individual once these Six P's are connected and put into motion.

The distinction between a "leader" and "leadership" is inherent in the desire to serve humanity in making the world a better place. As long as that desire is inherent in an individual's quest to advance their legacy in leadership, they will be on the right path to developing leadership.

Balancing a lifestyle of leadership is paramount to leadership, otherwise, as human beings we can become off-center.

Balance is achieved as one nurtures their leadership style in the following six lifestyle areas: Spirit, Mind, Body, Family, Work, and Society.
