David created the Strategic Career Plan - like a business plan for people and Personal Board of Advisors - an online personal, professional and business development tool for a global community.
David’s direct and supportive leadership style has been captured in the company, its tools and events. He has an extensive background in retained executive search where he has interviewed hundreds of executives, managed client engagements, built research teams and run western region operations for a premier retained executive search firm. As a top producer, David’s career progressed nicely holding a variety of professional positions including Director of research, and Operations VP. He advises entrepreneurial ventures and start-up organizations.
David is a Colorado native along with his wife who is also a local business owner. He earned a marketing degree from Metropolitan State College of Denver and is intimately involved in the community.
